At Define Your Shop, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and order processing:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page, as well as personalized or custom-made items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and approved. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Define Your Shop.
