At Define Your Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process and requirements.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
- Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and approved. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Define Your Shop.
